This is a part‑time, on‑site position for a Boutique Manager at our Aberdeen location working 4 days out of 7 (30 Hours). The Boutique Manager will oversee daily retail operations, provide outstanding customer service, supervise and support team members, and ensure the boutique meets its sales targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing inventory
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Creating a warm and inviting shopping experience
  • Implementing promotional strategies
  • Providing product expertise to enhance the customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong Product Knowledge and familiarity with boutique retail environments

  • Proven Team Management skills, including leadership and staff supervision
  • Ability to maintain visual merchandising standards and meet sales targets
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work part-time and adapt to the needs of the business
