Tiger Lily Boutique is a vibrant women's fashion boutique with three physical stores in Scotland and an online warehouse. Our shops are located in dynamic locations: 226 Brook Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee; 8 Chapel Street, Aberdeen; and 8-10 Church Hill Place, Edinburgh. We pride ourselves on offering a curated selection of stylish clothing and accessories. Our aim is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience both in-store and online by providing high-quality, on-trend fashion choices for our customers.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Aberdeen. As a Boutique Store Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, customer relations, and inventory oversight.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales performance
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Ensuring visual merchandising guidelines are met
- Implementing effective retail loss prevention measures
- Maintaining a positive team environment

Qualifications:
