We have an urgent requirement for an International Commercial Data & Analytics SME/Lead role based out of the London (Paddington) office. This is a strategic business-facing role, not a pure engineering/reporting position.
Responsibilities:- Engage consultatively with International Commercial stakeholders and help shape the roadmap for commercial data, analytics, launch enablement, and AI-driven use cases across EU/international markets.
- Work hands-on with SQL for Analytical Requirement Document (ARD) design and development.
- Apply data modelling and data warehousing concepts to support scalable analytics solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven analytical solutions.
- Engage directly with clients, clearly articulating insights and recommendations.
- Manage, mentor, and guide an offshore delivery team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Qualifications:
- 7–12 years of professional experience in analytics or a related field, with a strong pharma commercial analytics background.
- International/EU market exposure, HCP targeting, segmentation, omnichannel, and market access understanding.
- Ability to work with business + DTE/platform teams.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of commercial data ecosystems.
- Someone who can help define roadmap/use cases, not just execute tasks.
- Specialty/Rare disease pharma exposure, familiarity with Snowflake and modern data platforms, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
