We’re looking for a freelance video podcast producer to support the production of our flagship football podcasts, including Tifo Podcast and The Totally Football Show. This role involves podcast pre-production, filming, live streaming, and editing high-quality podcast content across our network. You’ll be working closely with our editorial and audio teams to ensure a consistently high production standard.

- One shift will be on Sunday evenings
- Must be London-based - no remote working
Key responsibilities
- Setting up and operating video shoots in our London studio
- Managing multi-camera setups and live switching during recordings
- Live streaming episodes directly to YouTube
- Creating high-quality short‑form social clips
- Producing thumbnails and visual assets
- Ensuring smooth delivery of content in collaboration with producers and hosts
Required skills & experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in video production
- Strong knowledge of YouTube live streaming workflows
- Confident managing shoots independently
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
Nice to have
- Experience with Blackmagic cameras and systems
- Previous experience filming podcasts or talk‑based content
- Experience in audio support and pre‑production of Podcasts
- Experience working alongside audio producers
- Working knowledge of After Effects
- Strong interest in football
- Good understanding of vertical video and social media platform
