Our Sandycroft site is a busy, fast-paced food manufacturing environment where our teams work together to produce high-quality products every day. We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for your first role in food manufacturing or you're already experienced in production, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with opportunities to develop and progress.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play an important part in the production of our freshly prepared sandwiches and food-to-go products. Working as part of a team, you'll help ensure products are prepared, assembled and packed to the required quality and food safety standards. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and producing freshly made sandwiches.
- Working efficiently as part of a busy production line.
- Preparing ingredients and assembling products to specification.
- Packing and labelling finished products.
- Carrying out basic quality checks.
- Following company food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Keeping your work area clean and organised.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
- Following instructions and maintaining high standards throughout your shift.
No Experience Required
Full Training Provided. Previous experience in sandwich production, food manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred but not essential. We provide full training and support to help you learn the role and become confident within our production environment. We are looking for people with the right attitude who are willing to learn and take pride in their work.
