We are currently seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers to support our nationwide distribution operations and ensure the timely delivery of our premium food products across the UK.
As an HGV Class 1 Night Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting our products safely and efficiently from our manufacturing facilities to our distribution depots. This is a night shift role ideal for those who prefer consistent evening hours. You will be part of a team that upholds the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and food integrity.
- Safely operate HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in line with Road Traffic Acts and company policies.
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food products to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-journey vehicle inspections and complete relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and digital logs.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams.
- Handle and transport food products securely and hygienically.
No experience necessary; full training will be provided.
- Strong navigation and route-planning skills.
- Physically capable of handling tasks related to loading/unloading.
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Availability to work night shifts (Sunday to Wednesday).
