Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Saturday bakery assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our bakery runs smoothly and customers leave with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, providing information about our products.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environment, including the bakery area and equipment.
Organise and restock bakery items, ensuring displays are visually appealing and fully stocked.
Assist in basic baking and cooking tasks, following recipes and instructions as needed.
Previous experience in a food or retail environment is favourable but not a necessity.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 7 per week
