Client Advisors embody the Tiffany brand in every interaction, providing an extraordinary experience for each client. They are excellent communicators and brand ambassadors, passionate about Tiffany and entrepreneurial in developing client relationships and exceeding sales targets. Developing client relationships and surpassing sales goals are core to the role.

Sales: Deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and increase spend. Achieve or exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually. Capture client data, cultivate relationships, and generate sales through repeat business and key product pillars.

Service: Enhance the in-store experience by creating memorable moments. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany ambassador, using the Tiffany Touch. Follow client experience behaviors and optimize store amenities based on feedback.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client service (e.g., hospitality).
• Proven sales achievement.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with diverse clients.
• Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Authorization to work in the UK.

Preferred Qualifications:

• College/university degree.
• Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
