Job Description: Responsibilities: Client Advisors hold a critical position of embodying the Tiffany brand in every client interaction using the Tiffany touch; making each clientβs experience extraordinary. They are excellent communicators and brand ambassadors, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation. Developing client relationships and exceeding sales plans are core skills. Sales: Deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and increase spending. Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Capture client data, cultivate relationships, and drive sales through repeat business and key product pillars. Service: Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany ambassador, using the Tiffany Touch. Follow client experience behaviors and optimize store amenities to create unique experiences, acting on feedback to improve performance. Qualifications: Required: Must be based and authorized to work in the United Kingdom. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related roles (e.g., hospitality). Proven sales achievement track record. Flexible to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work with diverse clients. Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking, and Microsoft Outlook. Preferred: College/university degree. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework. Multilingual skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
