TIFA Life provides high-quality supported accommodation for vulnerable young people, including care leavers, unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC), and those facing homelessness. Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Estate Agent / Property Manager located in Swansea. The Estate Agent / Property Manager will be responsible for managing properties, facilitating property sales, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with tenants, conducting property viewings, handling property maintenance, and managing lease agreements. The role also involves liaising with local authorities and support agencies to ensure the effective delivery of housing solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Estate Agents and Residential Real Estate
  • Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for providing excellent support
  • Proficiency in Property Management and Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
