The Role

  • Ownership of Sales Orders, ensuring they are processed correctly, accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Managing orders and projects from beginning to completion on time and within budget.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders on sales order and project updates.
  • Providing support for resolving issues and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Manage the ordering of hardware and licences for projects in line with customer requirements and to timescales in accordance with SOW/Proposal.
  • Ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting for orders and projects.
  • Providing support to Project Managers when required for projects.
  • Providing support for internal projects when required.
  • Providing support to various teams in the MSP departments, including contracts, sales and finance when required.
  • Scheduling and supporting technical resource for Projects.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on sales orders and projects to the Head of Projects.
  • Contribute to daily and weekly update reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with Project team to help achieve Key Results and Tactical Objectives.
  • Be prepared to work in a flexible way to assist colleagues in the delivery of services to customers.
  • Document and maintain project documentation and information relevant to customers, sites and groups.
  • Document and maintain processes relevant to the role, whilst continuously looking for process improvements.
  • Personal Development - maintain and extend personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the requirements of the role.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health and Safety Policies and procedures.
  • Uphold and implement Group policies and procedures in all work activities.
  • Provide feedback to the Group on all perceived risks, issues and potential improvements.
