Leeds (Hybrid – 4 days office / 1 day home working)

Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

Want to help redefine what organisations expect from their IT partner? Technology has never moved faster. Today's organisations need more than someone who simply sells technology or fixes problems when they happen. They need a proactive partner who understands their business, anticipates what's next and helps them use technology to achieve more.

As one of the UK's leading Managed IT Services Partners, we help mid-market organisations design, deliver, support and continually improve their technology. From Modern Workplace and Cloud to Cyber Security, Networking, AI and Managed Services, we bring together the expertise, people and technology our customers need to succeed.

We're looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to help shape the next chapter of the TIEVA story. If you're someone who loves bringing ideas to life, enjoys working on a huge variety of projects and wants to make a genuine impact in a business that's investing heavily in its brand, people and future, we'd love to hear from you.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll play an important role in delivering TIEVA's ambitious marketing strategy and bringing our brand to life. This is far more than a traditional Marketing Executive role. You'll help plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate demand and strengthen TIEVA's position as one of the UK's leading Managed IT Services Partners.

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Graphic Designer, Content & Social Coordinator and external creative partners, you'll coordinate marketing activity across multiple channels, ensuring every campaign delivers a consistent and engaging customer experience. You'll collaborate with colleagues from Sales, Vendor Management, People and the wider business, helping deliver marketing that inspires confidence, creates opportunities and genuinely differentiates TIEVA from the competition.

You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside some of the world's leading technology vendors, including Microsoft, HP, Dell Technologies, Lenovo and Mimecast, helping deliver joint campaigns, customer events and thought leadership that reaches thousands of IT leaders across the UK.

No two days are ever the same; one week you could be planning a major customer event, the next you might be launching a new managed service, supporting an employer branding campaign, coordinating a strategic partner initiative or helping develop the next phase of our brand journey.

You'll be naturally organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple projects at once. You'll enjoy bringing people together, building strong relationships across the business and seeing great ideas develop into successful marketing campaigns. You'll be passionate about marketing, curious by nature and always looking for new ways to improve, innovate and create work you're proud of.

  • Approximately 2–4 years' experience within a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience supporting events, partner marketing or employer branding initiatives.
  • A good understanding of digital marketing and how campaigns work across websites, email and social media.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Above all, we're looking for someone who wants more than just another marketing job. We want someone who's excited by the opportunity to help build one of the UK's most ambitious Managed IT Services brands.

As an Investors In People Platinum organisation, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality experience for our people.
