- Experience working on New Build projects with Carpentry experience essential.
- Must have experience on the tools. Detailed knowledge of each stage of carpentry works.
- Will be working on smaller items so that the foreman role is flexible to supervise others.
- Ability to understand detailed site drawings and relay this information to the carpentry team.
- Management of the workforce on site to achieve the highest level of productivity.
- Planning and coordination of direct labour as well as ensuring that programme is on time.
- Updating of the programme works.
- Develop a close working relationship with all site personnel.
