Responsibilities

  • Experience working on New Build projects with Carpentry experience essential.
  • Must have experience on the tools. Detailed knowledge of each stage of carpentry works.
  • Will be working on smaller items so that the foreman role is flexible to supervise others.
  • Ability to understand detailed site drawings and relay this information to the carpentry team.
  • Management of the workforce on site to achieve the highest level of productivity.
  • Planning and coordination of direct labour as well as ensuring that programme is on time.
  • Updating of the programme works.
  • Develop a close working relationship with all site personnel.
