Our client is a leading installer of orangeries, conservatories, garden rooms, glazed extensions, living spaces, and aluminium windows and doors throughout the home counties.
Role: Service Engineer
As a Service Engineer, no two days are the same. You might be adjusting bi-folds or sealing a conservatory roof one day, and fixing a long-standing issue on the spot the next. Bring your technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and pride in craftsmanship to every job.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking service works to identify and rectify issues with Hazlemere Windows products within the warranty period
- Installation and repair of conservatories, windows, and doors, including installing sealed units, replacement sashes, door adjustments, small part replacements, and fixing roof leaks
Requirements:
- Experience in window, door, and conservatory installation or service engineering
- Full UK driving license
- Good common sense, etiquette, and quick thinking
- Flexibility and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Initiative to resolve issues promptly and appropriately
