Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Our client is a leading installer of orangeries, conservatories, garden rooms, glazed extensions, living spaces, and aluminium windows and doors throughout the home counties.

Role: Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, no two days are the same. You might be adjusting bi-folds or sealing a conservatory roof one day, and fixing a long-standing issue on the spot the next. Bring your technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and pride in craftsmanship to every job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking service works to identify and rectify issues with Hazlemere Windows products within the warranty period
  • Installation and repair of conservatories, windows, and doors, including installing sealed units, replacement sashes, door adjustments, small part replacements, and fixing roof leaks

Requirements:

  • Experience in window, door, and conservatory installation or service engineering
  • Full UK driving license
  • Good common sense, etiquette, and quick thinking
  • Flexibility and proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Initiative to resolve issues promptly and appropriately
