Overview
TieTalent is recruiting for an experienced Wet Trade Operative on behalf of Gilmartins in High Wycombe, England. The role involves patch plastering (including some larger areas), painting, mould wash, and re-pointing within social housing properties. The ideal candidate will have worked in social housing previously and will be comfortable with reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations. The job requires work and travel in High Wycombe and surrounding areas (Princes Risborough, Marlow). Properties are spread across these areas, so regular travel is a requirement. - Full valid driving licence (not automatic).
- Own tools, including a good range of hand and cordless power tools.

- DBS certificate.

Working hours
