We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Welding Engineer to join our Asset Management team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metallurgy or welding engineering, with experience in nuclear, process, renewables, or fusion markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice on material selection, welding procedures, and heat treatment methods for operational sites in the UK and overseas.
- Review and maintain welding-related documentation, ensuring compliance with codes and legislation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and develop working relationships with site personnel.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Metallurgy or Welding Engineering (preferably at or working towards EWE/C Eng status).
- Strong technical knowledge of joining technologies, including up-to-date knowledge of codes and legislation.
- Experience in steam raising and process plant environments, with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
