Your role
The Global Head of Quality Control and Commissioning will oversee all QA/QC activities for the company's global data center portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of construction quality are consistently met across regions. This role involves developing and implementing global QA/QC policies, procedures, and systems, driving compliance, and supporting project delivery to meet operational, client, and regulatory requirements. The Lead will aggregate quality control feedback from regional teams, providing input into design standards, and serve as the subject matter expert for quality and commissioning processes.
As the culture carrier for QA/QC, the role will foster collaboration between contractors, create synergies across the program, and establish feedback loops with internal operations teams to improve handover standards and commissioning practices. Additionally, the Lead will set global commissioning process standards to ensure scalable, repeatable design and construction solutions.
