To lead and drive a team to provide the best service levels possible, maintaining Company standards and targets. Working on retaining existing accounts and driving new sales, up selling on certain products and introducing new lines. Ensuring the smooth running of the Telesales team working closely with Distribution Team and Account Managers. Taking and processing customer orders onto the system and ensuring effective cover during any absence. Taking a high volume of incoming calls which include customer complaints, queries, orders etc., contacting potential customers, order processing and arranging deliveries. Appointing, overseeing and supervising the Online ordering Champion, and Cask Co-ordinator.
Main Duties:
- Set clear targets and objectives for your team.
- Challenge your team when underperforming and set specific action points.
- Organise and set up monthly Telesales drives.
- Plan calls and target GAPs in supply using relevant systems.
- Provide weekly depot updates at the regular trading meeting.
- Take ownership of solving customer issues through pro-active customer service.
- Promote the sale of LWC Drinks' own brand products.
- Retain strong relationships with account managers & management, helping them in acquiring new business and assisting with their administration needs.
- Build relationships with weekly telesales customers, being a regular point of contact.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records
- Ability to use the trinity system
- Good teamwork and organisational skills
- Good communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
- Good product knowledge
- Must have 2 years previous selling experience.
Additional Information:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional weekend work.
- 37.5 hours a week
