Due to continuing growth, we are recruiting for Vehicle Technicians to join the Listers Group across Solihull to work with brands such as Audi, Honda, Land Rover, MG, OMODA & JAECOO. Our packages and new pay plans are industry-leading and reflective of each applicant's experience and skillset. The basic salaries start from £30,000 up to £45,000. Bonus / OTEs range from £32,700 up to £55,000.

Role And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the servicing, repair and diagnostics of all vehicles in the workshop, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard first time.
- Main responsibilities include electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and air conditioning servicing.
- Additional responsibilities may include repairs and maintenance on EV and Hybrid vehicles, focusing on areas such as batteries, drive motor, auxiliary drive pack & control systems.
- Ability to fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
- Full understanding of Customer Satisfaction and its impact on the business.
- Trained to operate additional systems, such as video reporting i.e. Citinos.
- Complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
- Work closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
About You
We consider candidates from all backgrounds who have experience working in the Automotive sector as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician, Motor Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Auto Electrician, MOT Tester or Apprentice Vehicle Technician to join Listers. Whether you work at an independent garage, fast fit centre, car supermarket or main dealer, we would be interested in talking to you.
As a minimum, you will hold or be working towards completion of your NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. An Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. Must have the right to live and work in the UK. Full UK Driving licence.
