Role Overview

As a Trainee Software Tester, you will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure software products meet high-quality standards. You will gain exposure to both manual and automated testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in executing manual and automated test scripts.
2. Identify, document, and report bugs.
3. Work closely with developers to validate test criteria.
4. Help create and refine test plans and cases.
5. Contribute to improving testing processes and efficiency.

Requirements

1. Strong interest in IT and software testing.
2. Attention to detail with an analytical approach.
3. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
4. Basic understanding of software development and testing principles (preferred but not required).
