Territory Sales Manager

Salary and Location

Salary of £30,000 – £41,000 with a competitive bonus and benefits package.

Field-based role covering Somerset and Dorset areas, including Taunton, Glastonbury, Blandford, Warminster, Yeovil, and Bridgwater.

Job Purpose

To nurture existing and develop new customer relationships, maximizing the potential of our trade, retail, and automotive outlets within your sales territory.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee new product launches and merchandising.
2. Increase brand presence, awareness, and leadership through reviews and strategic initiatives.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
4. Provide high levels of customer service to ensure continued preference for our products.

Job Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering consistent, profitable sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to nurture in-depth client relationships.
