About Role: 1st Line Telecoms Support Engineer Location: Chorley / Hybrid | Salary: £25,500 + Benefits Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives on variety and loves delivering top-notch customer service? We\’re on the lookout for a Service Desk Analyst who can bring energy, focus, and communication skills to a vital role supporting a wide range of clients and technologies. What You\’ll Do As a key member of the Service Desk team, you\’ll manage everything from general customer queries to complex technical issues-keeping systems stable and clients happy.
