We’re hunting for a dynamic Team Lead with a background in financial services, call centre supervision, or claims (think PPI or similar) to drive our talented team of Customer Account Managers to new heights. What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire: Coach a team of Customer Account Managers to crush performance targets in PAYE tax rebates and mis-sold car finance claims. Drive Success: Oversee case pipelines, ensuring smooth progress and top-notch client experiences. Be the Expert: Guide your team in engaging leads via phone, email, and digital channels with confidence. Stay Compliant: Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and company standards. Grow & Innovate: Provide training, boost team skills, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape our future. Build a Culture: Foster a fun, ambitious, and collaborative vibe that fuels success.
Who You Are A proven leader with experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager in a financial services call centre or claims management (PPI, tax rebates, or mis-sold finance experience is a big plus!). A natural motivator with killer communication skills and a professional phone manner. Target-driven, resilient, and organized with a knack for attention to detail. Passionate about hitting goals and building a high-performing team. Knowledge of FCA regulations? Even better, but not essential.
