Systems Manager, Dynamics 365 CRM, COR7326B at TieTalent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Systems Manager, or a Dynamics CRM Administrator looking to take a step up into a broader, more responsible role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and evolution of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, owning the roadmap and prioritising features and enhancements in line with business goals.
- Manage CRM user rules, access permissions and security models.
- Design and implement front-end changes, and customise and optimise search functionality, including Dataverse.

Qualifications
- Solid experience in a similar role, such as Dynamics 365 Systems Manager, CRM Manager or Dynamics CRM Administrator

- Familiarity with Dataverse search customisation, as well as the ability to integrate and manage custom plugins
