We are looking for caring people to support individuals with a range of physical and learning difficulties to live independently and happily in their own homes. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to develop your career in the care industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support people with a range of physical & learning difficulties and other complex needs with everyday tasks to help them live independently.
  • Provide compassionate, person-centred care to help individuals feel valued and respected and to improve their quality of life.
  • Work as part of a friendly team to support and care for others in Sidford/Sidmouth area.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Full-time, part-time, and sessional positions available; applicants should live in or around Sidford/Sidmouth.
  • Comprehensive training throughout the year; mandatory courses offered with additional courses available upon request. Induction includes enrolment on to the Care Certificate.
  • All applicants are required to complete a DBS check, paid for by the company.
  • Flexible to work day, evening and weekends on a rota basis.
