Specialist Gas Services Installation Technician | Crewe, Cheshire | Full Time ( 40 hours standard plus over time) | £13.50 – £19.00 per hour
Our client is a specialist company in a niche business sector. They are a design, manufacturing and installation company supplying high-integrity gas distribution systems and equipment to all market sectors that utilise special gases in their manufacturing or analytical processes.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Willingness and ability to learn assembly, installation, and testing of gas distribution tubing and equipment
- Knowledge of Swagelok/Parker fittings, tubing, piping, welding, brazing, soldering, gases, fluids, and pressures is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Willingness to work away on customer sites across the UK (typically 25-50% travel)
- Must live within a reasonable distance of Crewe
- English language proficiency required
What will your role look like?
- Assembly and installation of small-bore instrumentation gas distribution tubing
- Testing and assembling Gas Handling Packages
- On-site installation across diverse sectors such as Automotive, Research, Defence, Energy, Metals, Laboratories, and Oil/Gas
- Regular travel across the UK (25-50%) with working away allowances

- Competitive hourly pay between £13.50 and £19.00, based on skills and experience
