As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will look after the different needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and may support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
