Contract Type: Temporary Agency Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £26 per hour (umbrella) / £20.93 per hour (PAYE equivalent)
Job Description:
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a qualified Social Worker to join an NHS team in High Wycombe on a temporary agency basis. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (37.5 hours per week).
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work practice in line with the Care Act 2014, supporting adults with care and support needs, and ensuring person-centred, strengths-based approaches are applied.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake Care Act assessments, develop and review care plans, and adjust support packages as needed.
Complete Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries.
Work independently and as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
Respond to urgent queries and manage duty responsibilities.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation in line with statutory requirements.Essential Requirements:
Social Work qualification (Degree, Masters, or DipSW).
Registration with Social Work England.
Full UK driving licence and regular access to a car.
Experience working within adult social care services.
Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding procedures.
