The Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Site Administration Lead to support our Cardington site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting both the leadership team and on-site staff. Your contribution will help enhance team performance, uphold operational standards, and ensure the site runs efficiently and professionally.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, managing sign-in procedures and inductions
- Oversee daily colleague attendance records and liaise with team leaders regarding absences
- Maintain training records, supporting delivery of training in line with operational needs
- Prepare reports and documentation for People Services, including payroll-related data
- Monitor and maintain site housekeeping, consumables and service standards
- Raise purchase orders and manage suppliers through Business Central
- Support internal audits, site checks and health & safety compliance requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and contribute to employee forums
About You
- Strong administration background, ideally in a facilities or operational environment
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to build positive working relationships and maintain confidentiality and integrity
