Salary – £43,731 per annum

Responsibilities
Create effective relationships with stakeholders and ensure TRFS is represented in key partnership forums.
Contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
Assist the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with continual development in both practice and policy.
Lead a team of Team Leaders and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes for both staff and the individuals supported.
Essential criteria
SVQ level 4 in Care/Management
Driving licence and access to a car is essential
InterviewAs part of the interview process you will give a presentation to the team; subject matter will be disclosed on confirmation of interview.
