Our Business Frameworks team develops core components of the Avaloq Banking Suite for global banking clients. Key focus areas include:
- Business Process Management: Enhancing internal banking processes for efficiency
- Object Framework: Managing banking data stored as objects in our database
- Rule Engines: Automating decision-making processes based on rules
We work closely with clients and partners to craft innovative solutions, operating with autonomy under agile methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team leads, architects, and engineers
- Design solutions and review them with technical leads
- Participate in client workshops and support requirements analysis
- Develop, maintain, and optimize functionalities
- Create automated tests to ensure quality
- Own your area of expertise and work within agile processes using Jira
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, Oracle PL/SQL)
- Proficiency in Java and frameworks
- Desire to learn and understand business needs
- Strong analytical skills and structured approach
