We’re looking for someone who can design and deliver sales floor training and development in a high volume, high performance, telephone-based B2B sales environment. Salary: £45,000 – £55,000, plus superb bonus structure. We are a dynamic, growing SaaS disruptor with UK and worldwide presence, based in a vibrant office in Manchester City Centre. Role Overview Develop and deliver training for sales teams including Graduate Lead Generators, Sales Consultants, and Business Development Managers. Create training materials and resources tailored to team needs. Proactively identify training needs and address them effectively. The Person Experience coaching and training in a B2B sales environment, ideally with large teams or call centers. Ability to design effective training plans and materials. Motivated, dynamic communicator, and visible in a fast-paced setting. Requirements Experience in coaching and training sales teams. Ability to develop and deliver impactful training content. Strong motivation and communication skills.
