We are currently seeking a Senior Pay & Reward Manager to work with our public sector client.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary: £(Apply online only) inside IR35
Location: Hybrid - London, Bristol, or Manchester

The ideal candidates will have a proven Senior Pay & Reward Management background with public sector experience.
Skills & Responsibilities
- Focus on pay and reward for the Government's Digital and Data profession of over 25,000.
- Conduct market pay analysis to inform the drafting of new 2025 business cases.
- Capture and analyze UK employment practices on bonuses and non-pay benefits to help build a profession-led reward approach for future business cases.
- Review and analyze departments' business cases to adopt or extend the pay framework focusing on building a library of documentation and agreements related to framework implementation.
- Utilize analytical skills to model pay data, draw inferences, and test models.
- Excel skills, including creating pivot tables.
- Influence stakeholders through oral and written communication.
- Work in a pay and reward role, using market data to help design pay and benefit practices and address related challenges.
- Understand reward tools and practices, with evidence of implementation.
- Perform external pay benchmarking and work with data to inform strategy.
