Join an established IT Managed Services company based in Derby. Work from the Derby office 4 days/week with 1 day WFH. Participate in the team \’on-call\’ shift rota, typically one Saturday per month (paid at time and a half). Support a range of IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Networking, Switches, Routers, Desktops, Storage, Telephony, Applications, O365, SaaS/PaaS/IaaS, Printers, Linux, Cloud (AWS/Azure). Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and escalated tickets. Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet SLAs. Support IT projects such as installations, upgrades, and migrations. Mentor and coach a small team of 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers. Must hold a full UK Driving Licence and have own vehicle. Experience with MSPs or IT support businesses preferred. IT certifications like MCSA, MCSE, MCP, CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, ITSM, or CompTIA are advantageous.
