We are seeking a skilled Senior Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team at {company} , where you will be responsible for developing top-of-the-range test and measurement equipment for the telecoms sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of test and measurement equipment, ensuring high quality and reliability by following established standards.
  • Hardware and software design and integration, with expertise in PCB design and layout.
  • Design, test, and verification of prototypes, leveraging your skills in analogue and digital circuit design and simulation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Expertise in hardware and embedded systems development, including microcontrollers and peripherals.
  • Proficiency in designing high-speed circuits and digital electronics, such as FPGA, I2C, SPI, and USB.
  • Embedded software experience, particularly in Embedded C/C++.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with RF circuit design, low-power electronics, batteries, and power supplies.
  • Knowledge of VHDL/Verilog and FPGA design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating system.
