Our in-house craft brand, Smith & Brown Cabinetmakers, now seeks a highly skilled, creative Senior Cabinetmaker to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Cabinetmaker to join our team. You’ll play a key role in bringing our designs to life, working on unique projects that demand technical excellence and creative problem-solving. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and assemble bespoke cabinetry and furniture to the highest standards
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision
  • Select and work with premium materials and finishes
  • Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installation teams
  • Mentor junior makers and contribute to workshop best practices
  • Ensure quality control throughout the production process

About You
