Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C# and C++. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architecture. Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment. Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive professional experience in software development with strong expertise in C# and C++. Proven track record of delivering complex software systems in a professional setting. Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and software architecture. Experience with Windows and/or cross-platform development. Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
