You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities to help the business grow by researching, prospecting, and securing new business.

Senior Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved against budget through business development related activity
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Generating leads via cold call/contact, networking, and the use of social media
- Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
- Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline targeting customers suitable for the business
- Maximising all revenue opportunities through cross-selling
- Maintaining an up-to-date record of prospects and contacts, activity, and opportunities via CRM system
- Safeguarding revenue and maximising growth by agreeing and securing contracts
- Building strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to maximise client meetings and customer-facing time
- Delivering sales presentations, online demonstrations, and training when required
- Participating in tender documentation and pricing exercises
- Providing monthly KPI report showing actual against budget across internal key measurables
