We are seeking a reliable and skilled White Goods Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a two person crew for the installation and basic configuration of domestic appliances such as washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, freezers, cookers, and tumble dryers at customers' homes or commercial premises. Ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with safety and installation standards is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Install a range of white goods/appliances in residential and commercial properties
  • Ensure appliances are connected correctly to water, gas, and electrical supplies (as appropriate)
  • Perform functional tests on installed appliances to ensure proper operation
  • Provide basic instruction to customers on appliance use and maintenance
  • Remove old appliances and packaging materials in compliance with environmental regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Report any faults, damages, or installation issues to the service team
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and inventory of parts and tools
