Scrum Master needed for a leading organisation based in Maidstone, Kent, who are looking to employ an experienced Scrum Master with an in-depth knowledge in leading Agile Software delivery teams.

Salary Expectation:

  • Salary: c£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday

Main duties of the Scrum Master will include:

  • Leading Agile Software Development teams
  • Development of reports and managing burn down charts
  • Creating Product Backlog Items
  • Running scrum events & Agile ceremonies

In Order To Be The Successful Scrum Master You Will Ideally Need To Have The Following:

  • Experience in a dedicated Scrum Master position
  • Experience of leading Agile Software Development teams
  • Azure DevOps
  • Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services
  • Jira
  • Hands-on technical background in Software development and cloud infrastructure, Application development or Business Change
  • Proven track record working on fast and complex projects
