We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to play a key role in the finance team of a dynamic commercial property environment. This position will be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate management accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. You will also contribute to the smooth operation of the accounting function and lead on specific finance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation of Management Accounts
- Preparation and submission of annual statutory accounts
- VAT returns and compliance
- Overseeing day-to-day accounting processes across multiple entities
- Supporting the team with transaction processing
- Reconciling Service Charges for audit and review
- Carrying out ad hoc financial analyses as required
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Strong management accounting and reporting experience
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
- Knowledge of property management accounting systems; Propman experience advantageous
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
