Role Title: Salesforce Delivery Lead (Utilities/Public Sector Industry)
Location: London or Manchester

As a Salesforce Utilities/Public Sector Delivery Lead, you will:
- Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, designing, delivering and deploying leading Salesforce-based solutions to our Utilities clients.
- Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments.
- Support pre-sales activities including shaping and presenting solutions, and defining delivery approach, plan, staffing and estimates.
- Develop further skills in Salesforce, project management, client engagement, and solutions through hands-on experience and training.
- Manage project stakeholders, resources, financials, risks and issues.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Direct client-facing Salesforce Utilities consulting experience.
- Proven hands-on experience managing scaled delivery of integrated Salesforce through multiple project lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
- Demonstrates leadership and management abilities, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to engage with clients at all levels in a business-centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue.
- Proven experience in managing and fostering a team-oriented environment, with a passion for mentoring and developing Salesforce practitioners.
- Desire to mentor, teach, and help develop the next generation of Salesforce delivery leads.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, thriving in dynamic, collaborative teams.
