We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Strategy & Go To Market Planning Lead for our Media & Broadcast Sector. The successful candidate will define and execute the GTM strategy, providing strategic planning support, analytics, and insights to inform executive decisions. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership, market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and leading budgeting and long-term planning for Media & Broadcast. The Role
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define a comprehensive GTM strategy for global media sectors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and diversification opportunities within UK Broadcast & Media sectors.
- Lead commercial modeling and evaluate business cases.
- Provide analytics and insights for executive decision-making, presenting to Exco and Board-level executives.
- Manage annual budgeting and long-term planning in partnership with Finance.
- Monitor and improve opportunity conversion rates.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in handling data and commercial models.
- Proven strategy development and GTM planning experience in consulting or corporate settings.
- Curious and able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce or similar.
- Commercial acumen to evaluate financial and business impacts.
- Experience in Media, Broadcast, or OTT streaming sectors in a strategic or commercial role.
- Exceptional numerical and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
