Job Description
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Progressor to join their team. This vital role involves overseeing property sales from agreed offer through to legal completion. You\’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and purchasers, requiring strong property industry experience, patience, and tenacity.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Progressor
- Manage property sales from agreed offer to legal completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and purchasers.
- Explain the conveyancing process and manage expectations.
- Conduct weekly progress calls and update all stakeholders.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or delays by liaising with solicitors and other agents.
- Ensure all parties are notified of exchange and completion.
- Follow up with client’s post-completion to ensure satisfaction and seek reviews.
- Report projected exchanges and track changes to management.
- Identify and refer opportunities for additional services (rentals, mortgages, etc.).
- Adhere to all company systems and procedures, including AML and Consumer Protection legislation.
