The Job You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospects through cold calling, networking, and online platforms such as LinkedIn, to uncover needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Stay on top of leads and opportunities using the CRM system.
  • Lead Conversion: Converting potential leads into qualified meetings.
  • Generate Quotations: Create and follow up on quotations, upselling when necessary to track and close sales.
  • Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams to craft strategies that drive results.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
  • Experience in a sales support role, making outbound business to business calls.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and team members alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
