We’ve partnered with a fast-growing insights-led solutions provider in the FMCG space seeking a driven and curious Sales Development Representative to help fuel their growth in the UK market. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s eager to make a real impact. You’ll be mentored by an experienced Business Development Manager, gaining valuable exposure to the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to deal support and account growth. You’ll join a collaborative, high-energy commercial team that values creativity, ambition, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing into strong sales opportunities
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Work closely with Account Directors to support client engagement and help grow existing accounts
  • Hold your own discovery calls to assess prospect needs and qualify opportunities
  • Build tailored outreach approaches and test new ideas to reach key decision-makers
  • Shadow and support on later-stage deals, gaining insight into the full commercial cycle
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders in the FMCG sector
  • Stay up to date on new product developments and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, commercial or client-facing environment
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms
  • Confident, ambitious, and resilient - you enjoy engaging people and solving problems
  • A track record of achievement (academic, sporting, or extracurricular)
