About the Role

Crown Paints is seeking to recruit a Sales Assistant / Driver to join our team based in Airdrie. This is a permanent, part-time position working 20 hours per week (Monday – Friday and some Saturdays on a rota basis).

We offer a salary of £12.21 per hour plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the store team and assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Drive sales of decorative paints and sundry items through positive customer interactions.
• Identify potential new customers, establish relationships, and open customer accounts.
• Assist with daily delivery services, requiring a valid UK driving license and the ability to lift up to 20kg.
