Our client, a reputable and rapidly growing business solutions provider, is seeking a Sage 200 Support Technician to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Sage 200 users across finance, commercial, and operational teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Sage 200 modules (e.g., Financials, Commercials, Manufacturing). Liaise with end-users to gather information, log issues, and ensure timely resolution. Work with developers and consultants to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems. Assist with software upgrades, patching, and system testing. Document support processes and maintain internal knowledge base articles.Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience supporting Sage 200 (minimum 1–2 years). Strong understanding of core Sage 200 modules (particularly Financials and Commercials). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SQL Server and basic report creation (e.g., Sage Reports, Crystal Reports) is desirable. Experience working in a helpdesk or application support environment. Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.Desirable: Sage 200 certification or training. Exposure to ERP migrations or implementations. Familiarity with related add-ons and integrations (e.g., Spindle, Draycir, Sicon)
