About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and mapping business processes to drive efficiency and innovation. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure seamless integration with automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Experience in process mapping techniques, including process maps, workflows, UML, or IDEF0 diagrams.
- Continuous Improvement: Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
- Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or equivalent, and an understanding of core applications.
