Overview

Join Muve Homecare – Nursing with Purpose, Compassion and Impact. We’re recruiting passionate, experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) and Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses (RNLDs) across Lincolnshire to deliver safe, person-centred care in clients\’ own homes.

We support adults with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. Our care packages vary in complexity, including 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, and 4:1 staffing ratios depending on each client’s individual risk and support needs. This is a great opportunity to move away from inpatient or residential settings into a community role with high autonomy, clinical oversight, and genuine person-centred impact.

Note: This description retains the original role context and does not include boilerplate or listing-side content unrelated to the core RMN/RNLD opportunity.

  • Providing clinical oversight for packages requiring 1:1 to 4:1 staffing
  • Monitoring and assessing mental health needs, risk, and behaviour escalation
  • Implementing PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) strategies and care plans
  • Applying PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) techniques where required
  • Supporting and supervising support workers, ensuring high care standards
  • Liaising with families, MDTs, case managers, and commissioners
  • Maintaining CQC-compliant documentation and safeguarding protocols

What we’re looking for

  • Complex mental health or learning disability support
  • Community or home-based care environments
  • Secure units, forensic services, or intensive supported living
  • Managing behaviours that challenge in 1:1 up to 4:1 staffing arrangements
  • Applying trauma-informed and person-led care approaches
  • Working within a multi-agency setting with clear clinical accountability

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration as RMN or RNLD
  • Minimum 1 year’s post-registration experience
  • PMVA or equivalent physical intervention training – essential
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Driving licence preferred but not essential
  • Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills

  • Competitive pay rates and flexible shift patterns
  • Clinical supervision and mentorship
